My favorite thing about the winter season is the fashion no doubt. It is so much fun layering different pieces of clothing to make a super cute comfy outfit. My style has definitely improved over the years and one thing that has helped is making Pinterest boards for each season throughout the year and outfit inspiration to look at while I online shop. Some of my favorite trends this year include layering with sweater vests, collared shirts, turtlenecks, cardigans, sweatshirts, and blazers. I also have a board made on my Pinterest account with fall/winter clothing pins.
One essential piece I have been loving this winter are sweater vests. They are so comfortable, cute, and can be used for layering many different outfits. In this specific photo I was wearing a sweater vest on top of a collared shirt with a skirt. This is one way to layer using sweater vests, but you can also wear items like turtlenecks or plain long sleeve shirts. Another super cute way to style this outfit would be to add on a long leather jacket, but for this trip I forgot to pack mine.

Sweater vest is from Shein in a size medium and the color is khaki. I always love ordering my sweater vests a bit oversized because it makes them more interchangeable.
Skirt is also from Shein called Split Hem Cord Skirt in black.
Collared shirt is from Shein in white.
